Nourhan Abdullah, also known as Nour Abdullah, is an Egyptian visual artist who graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Luxor in 2022, specializing in oil painting. She began her artistic journey during her time at university, where she pursued academic studies in art. Through her education, she developed a distinct artistic direction, focusing on Egyptian folk art.

Participated in various exhibitions mostly with experimental art works whether in the field of painting or video based on improvisation such as “Starting point scholarship exhibition” in cairo sponsored by sawiris foundation and fayoum art center in 2022, “Biennale Artist’s Book 2022” at Bibliotheca of Alexandria , “ contiguous spaces ” exhibition at Mahmoud Saeed Museum in Alexandria 2021, “the youth salon” in Cairo 2021, art events including “AL chamandar” which was based on translating a novel into a visual painting at Shelter art space in Alexandria 2020 ,and “First time” at bibliotheca of Alexandria in 2017 He is also having some of his artworks recently shown at Safarkhan art gallery in Cairo

Born in Alexandria, graduated from Fine Arts painting department in1986, Salwa became interested in photography alongside with painting, participated in several workshops in Marseille and Egypt. Participated in a group exhibition curated by Reem Hassan in Aesha Fahmy Zamalek palace in Cairo. Salwa collaborates with the writer Alaa Khaled since 1999 in editing the none periodical publication “Amkenah” which is concerned with the poetic of the place by documenting the life and the diverse cultures of Egypt through photography and articles.

Rowan Aldib

Rowan Aldib is an Egyptian emerging multidisciplinary artist. She studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts and began her career by studying Contemporary Photography at Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) and Photography at Michigan State University. Her interests revolve around social sciences such as anthropology, psychogeography, sociology, and human geography. She is working with various mediums such as painting, photography, collage, film, video art and research which she studied at AUC. Alongside graduating from Jesuit Film School, she studied Cinema Critics at Cairo Institute for Liberal Arts and Science (CILAS), and a visual art program with Drosos Foundation. And she was a jury member in Les Bobines Alexandrines Film Festival which was supported by the Arab World institute, the French institute and Senghor University. Aldib was part of various international exhibitions such as 60×60 at Brot und Kunst Museum in Germany, and many local exhibitions such as Tam Gallery, Art D’Egypte And Shelter Art Space.
